Brent was born into insurance with around 80 years of combined insurance experience between himself, his grandfather, father and brother in the insurance industry. He began his insurance career with Farm Bureau in 2008. After leaving Farm Bureau, he went on to become the Insurance Business Manager for AAA and managed 13 agents in Northwest Arkansas for AAA Insurance. Brent enjoys spending time with his two kids and wife doing whatever they can outdoors.

Jayson Krisell
Jayson is an Arkansas Native raised in White Hall. A graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems. He worked as a Senior Account Representative for 7 years during his time in the Oil and Gas Industry. He and his wife, Casey Krisell, lived in Houston for a year before returning back home to Arkansas and becoming an insurance agent for AAA Insurance until July of 2016 when he joined a local insurance company as co-owner of the Fayetteville office. In August of 2018 he and his business partner, Brent Jennings, purchased their portion of the business and renamed it Krisell and Jennings Agency. In his free time, Jayson enjoys spending time with his amazing wife Casey and their son Cope. Family is very important to him. Hobbies include woodworking and spending time outdoors.
Lori Jones
Lori is our Customer Service Representative. Her attention is primarily in billing and policy services. Lori was raised in Magnolia, Mississippi and recently moved here from Oklahoma City. Prior to her insurance career, Lori worked at the Oklahoma State Election Board. Lori and her daughter, Emma, enjoy playing sports and being outdoors. They are looking forward to exploring the trails in the NWA area.
Greer Ripley
Greer is our administrative assistant and sales associate. She is an Arkansas native and went to the university of Arkansas graduating with a degree in Communication. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and being at the lake. She joined Krisell and Jennings in July of 2020.
